Andron Handling has an in-house technical support team to provide customers with a point of contact for all lifting and handling equipment service and support needs. With a wealth of experience available locally, we are able to help with any technical, spares or training questions about both Andron’s and other manufacturer’s equipment.
Lifting and Handling Equipment Service Contracts
We will work with you to develop regular, on-site servicing and preventative maintenance strategies that support your production and minimise downtime.
Our skilled service engineers will survey all your lifting and handling equipment, identify potential failure points and perform essential maintenance to ensure your production lines continue to run smoothly.
Detailed reports on equipment condition and any recommended maintenance requirements are provided after all visits.
All new equipment covered by a continuous service contract benefits from extended warranty cover of up to five years, giving you reliable, efficient and well-maintained equipment.
Andron Handling will cover all your site support needs with comprehensive service and maintenance contracts, lifting accessories inspections and colour coding. We can also provide 24 hour support and breakdown assistance from our dedicated in-house technical support team.
All equipment supplied by Andron Handling includes a recommended spares list identifying any essential items that should be held in stock. In addition, we assist with identifying and supplying any spare parts required for maintenance or urgent replacement.
Andron Handling will meet all your training needs with courses including operator training, maintenance training and manipulator pneumatics training. Instruction can be provided at your site or at our Marlow factory.
Our manipulator pneumatics course provides maintenance and technical personnel with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to safely and confidently carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification tasks on the pneumatic logic systems used on our equipment.
